We mentioned a while ago that Avalon Bakery was going to move into bigger digs from their current location on West Willis. They always said they were going to stay in Midtown but now they’ve announced exactly where: 55 West Canfield, the recently renovated loft building. In fact 55 West Canfield’s website already shows what they’re building will look like with Avalon on the ground floor.
